Accreditation

St. Pius X School is proud to be accredited by the Middle States Commission on Elementary Schools. This accreditation came after an extensive three-year long process that included a selfstudy of our school by our faculty, staff and school community. The study was followed by an appraisal of our school’s offerings, and an evaluation of our organization, personnel, facilities and instructional materials for instruction by a team of recognized Middle States Commission evaluators. At the conclusion of the team visit the head of the evaluation team was inspired to say, “Saint Pius X School is one of the finest Catholic elementary schools that this evaluator has had the privilege to visit in over twenty-five years of MSA involvement. The Saint Pius X faith community provides a loving and caring atmosphere for its students and for the parish as a whole, which brings reality to the School’s guiding motto, Children Learn What They Live.”

Regional accreditation was a landmark event in the history of our school. It is a tribute to the dedicated work of our teachers, staff, students, parents and entire St. Pius X School and Parish community. It affirms our commitment to defining appropriate educational goals and providing educational programs to achieve them; maintaining a qualified faculty and an effective school organization; controlling the quality of educational programs; providing for the continuity of our programs; planning for the future; and responding to the concerns of parents and students.
